Hi. Is this product compatible with Lightroom Classic, please?

Xencelabs Mail

Yes, our entire line of Xencelabs products, the Pen Tablets, and the Quick Keys, are compatible with the Adobe family of products. I use the Pen Tablet Medium with the Quick Keys to edit both Lr and LrC.

Customer service

It would be great if the next model of this Quick Keys device had a bit of resistance via clicks or some other tangible friction that accompanied the turn of the dial. It really would give a better sense of control rather than the free range spinning of it. Just my recommendation.

Xencelabs Mail

The Product team is looking into giving the Dial on the Quick Keys a tactile response. I’m not sure if it will be added to the Quick Keys or not, but they are reviewing the feature request.

There is a Dial Speed control you can set to slow down the reaction of the dial. Open the Settings panel, select My Quick Keys > Select Mode > then you can change the dial sensitivity setting there.

Does this work with the iPad?

Xencelabs Mail

No, it does not. You will need a current or near-current version of a Mac, Windows, or Linux operating system to use our Pen Tablets or Quick Keys with.

I have a Question,

Is it true that this keyboard is only compatible with Xencelabs tablet? Thanks

Xencelabs Mail

The Xencelabs Quick Keys is designed to work with the Xencelabs line of products and needs to have the Xencelabs Driver installed to work. With that said, it will also work with other brand tablets and displays on macOS and Windows 10 platforms once you have installed our Xencelabs driver. More details: https://bit.ly/3CidLCw
