If I have a small and a medium tablet, can I use one quick key remote on both or would I need a second one?
Xencelabs Mail
One is enough, our quick keys can be used with any of our pen tablets.

not sure if this is a goods question or a customer service question. none of those options really applied.
Hopefully someone reads this that has an answer. I was expecting and really eager to use the wheel as a jog/shuttle in premiere/after effects/resolve, etc. But so for I see no options.
I have only tried in after effects, so idk if it will work in the others that way, but in ae, the scroll wheel just scales the clip up. I see no options to change to scrub/jog/shuttle in the xencelabs software, and I don't know of any input setting options in ae that would make this happen.
Is there a solution for this? Seems like such an obvious use for that smooooth wheel.

Yes, you can use the Dial to shuffle left and right through the timeline. First, you will want to add the application you want to use to the Application row if you have not already done it. Then click on that application icon so the Yellow bar is under it. Then, you will need to use the Key Stroke feature in one of the four Dial modes and add a “left-Arrow” to the top keystroke field and a “right-Arrow” to the bottom keystroke field.
This will get you up and running using the Dial to shuffle through your timeline.

Is there any case/protector available for Quick Keys? I know there isn't protection offered here (aside from the included zip case), but maybe a phone case would fit?
Xencelabs Mail
Xencelabs only offers the Quick Keys case that comes when you purchase the Quick Keys individually.

Is there an SDK to allow developers to write specific code to address application needs beyond the level of text strings (macros)?
Xencelabs Mail
At this time, there is not an SDK for the Quick Keys. That is something the development team is exploring, but we do not have a time estimate on when it will be available.
