Can anyone here attest to the quality/sharpness of the actual display? I've done quite a bit of digging on reviews / threads / videos, and have noticed that multiple users seem to have an issue with the screen appearing "blurry" due to the anti-glare coating. This display checks so many boxes for me, but if it's at all just the slightest bit blurrier to my other monitors, it would really make it difficult to justify purchasing.

Xencelabs Mail

That is a great question. Xencelabs has applied an anti-glare etching to the Pen Display 24 so that it can be viewed in any light and have very little glare. It does not make the image fuzzy in any way, and the color accuracy is one of the highest in the industry for a display of this type.

Would you please explain the solitary, 5-star review to me? The reviewer worked with customer service, who was apparently a, "pleasure to work with." In spite of that claim, they are asking about settings for the noticeably, blurry display in a review? Why didn't they get this information from the pleasant Customer Service Team? Now I'm interested... CAN YOU ADJUST THE, "noticeably blurry," DISPLAY??? Also, it's a, "noticeably blurry," display. Why did the reviewer give it 5-stars? This is heckin Scammy. I really want this Pen Display too as I've had a great experience with the Xencelabs Pen Tablet. Ironically, I'm ready to write off the whole brand because of that 5-star review.

This looks like my dream drawing display. But the reports of pen wobble are kind of a deal breaker at this price point. I have seen comments about releasing firmware updates in the future to address this but no further clarification beyond that. Also, I plan on using Clip Studio Paint and there are also reports of bad input lag for that app specifically. I would just like to know if any of these issues have been addressed.

Xencelabs Mail

The line wobble that has been reported was noticed when using a drafting triangle ruler at 45 degrees and drawing very slowly. It is almost not noticeable, and my guess is that you will not be drawing in this fashion. I use Adobe Ps, Ai, Lr, Corel Painter 2023, Rebelle 6 Pro, CSP, and many other applications, and I have no issues. Applications like Ps, CSP, and Painter all have line smoothing turned on by default, which further eliminates any issue you might see.

CSP is one of my go-to applications for sketching, and I have no lag.
