This privacy policy (this “Policy”), together with all related/linked information, documents and the Term of Use, is intended to inform users of Xencelabs (“Xencelabs” or “we” or “us”) Xencelabs.com website (the “Site”) and other consumers about the collection, use, and protection of their information. Please read this Policy carefully to understand Xencelabs practices regarding your information and how it will be treated.”) Xencelabs recognizes the importance of privacy as well as the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided by us and sets out how we collect, use and disclose information in relation to users of the Site. This Privacy Policy also applies to use of the Site via a mobile device, either through mobile applications or mobile-optimized websites.
Payment information; Third-Party Payment Processor: We use a third-party payment processor to assist in securely processing your personally identifiable payment information. When you place an order through the Services, the credit card information that you provide is encrypted and transmitted directly to the third-party. We do not store your credit card information and do not control and are not responsible for the third-party or its collection or use of your information. If you submit any information relating to people, other than yourself, on the Site, you hereby represent that you have the authority to provide such information and consent to the use of the information in accordance with this Policy.
Information You Share. Xencelabs may collect information you provide directly to us on the Site, via email or through direct communication, including, but not limited to, your name and email address, your payment information, your product configuration information, your transaction information, your opinions about Xencelabs and its products and other marketing related information.
Information Collected via the Site. When you visit the Site, Xencelabs may automatically collect certain technical information from your browser, such as the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other data about your visit to the Site.
Information including username, address, phone number, and email address, will be collected at the time of user registration on the Site. If you are registering an XENCELABS account through social media platforms such as Facebook, we may collect your account name and profile photo at those platforms.
If you choose to answer our supplemental questionnaires for registered members, we may also collect marital status, nationality, gender, date and/or year of birth, annual income, monthly spending and user preferences.
If you prefer not to provide such information, the use of our services and products will not be affected.
If you contact our customer care team, we may record your conversation with us and collect additional information to verify your identity.
We record details of users’ activities on the Site. Information relating to such transactions (including, but not limited to, the types and specifications of the goods, pricing and delivery information, any dispute records and any information disclosed in any discussion forum) may be collected when transactions are conducted on or facilitated through the Site.
From time to time, we collect information about our users and prospective users during trade shows, industry events and other functions. The information we may collect at these events includes, but not limited to, username, address, phone number and email address.
We record users’ buying and browsing activities on our platform including but not limited to IP addresses, browsing patterns, buyer behavioral patterns and equipment information. In addition, we gather statistical information about the Site and visitors to the Site including, but not limited to, IP addresses, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors.
Certain data we collect may be defined as personal data under applicable data protection law (“Personal Data”).
To enable us to provide our services and products to users, users need to provide certain categories of data (which may include Personal Data), such as username, address, phone number, and email address. If certain data is required, we will let you know at the time of collection. In the event that users do not provide sufficient data marked as necessary, we may not be able to complete the registration process or provide certain products or services.
Information from Other Sources. Xencelabs may receive information about you if you use any other websites affiliated with Xencelabs or from information you post on or submit to the Site.

Can you withdraw your consent to our collection and/or use of information?
You may withdraw your consent to collect, use, and/or disclose your personally identifiable information held or controlled by us by submitting a request to SupportNorthAmerica@xencelabs.com on deleting your Account. Based on the extent to which you withdraw your consent, the functionality of your Account, Products, and Services may be effected, including loss of access or use of your Account, Products, and/or Services.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES AND SYSTEMS MAY BE HOUSED ON SERVERS IN THE UNITED STATES. How long will the data be stored?
We store your information until we no longer need it to provide the Services, as described in this Privacy Policy, or until you delete your Account as described above, depending on which comes first.

To Further an Established Business Relationship. We may use collected information to configure pre-orders or contact you as necessary to fulfill orders or reservations you have placed for Xencelabs products, services, or events. We have established relationships with other parties and websites to offer you the benefit of products and services which we do not offer. Social Media and Single Sign-On
In addition to cookies, we may also use other similar technologies on our websites such as social media and single sign-on.
Social Media
Our websites include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini programs that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social media features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our websites. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
Single Sign-On
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be able to log in to our website using sign-on services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity, provide you the option to share certain personal information (such as your name and email address) with us, and to pre-populate our sign-up form. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
The Site is not designed or intended to collect information from children under the age of 13. Xencelabs does not knowingly collect or maintain any information from children under the age of 13. The Site is not designed with the purpose of attracting any person under the age of 13. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, if you are under the age of 18, you should only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We consider it the responsibility of parents to monitor their children’s use of our products and services. Nevertheless, it is our policy not to require personal information from minors or offer to send any promotional materials to persons in that category.
Xencelabs does not seek or intend to seek to receive any personal information from minors. Should a parent or guardian have reasons to believe that a minor has provided XENCELABS with personal information without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that the personal information is removed, and the minor unsubscribes from any of the applicable XENCELABS services.
We employ commercially reasonable security methods to prevent unauthorized access to the Site, to maintain data accuracy and to ensure the correct use of the information we hold.
For registered users of the Site, some of your information can be viewed and edited through your account, which is protected by a password. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your log-in information (e.g., user ID and password) on that shared computer.
