Xencelabs welcomes Carl Cleanthes as Artist Spotlight for September!
Carl Cleanthes (aka “Colorful Carl”) is a creative entrepreneur who, in 2006, founded Epic Made, a digital content agency specializing in animation and digital art for the entertainment, gaming, and tech industries. His business has long been an early adopter of the work-from-home guild-style studio model. Carl and his team of millennial gamer nerds have always embraced technology into their creative strategies. He and his team have worked with notable brands like Nickelodeon, USA Network, SyFy, Shopify, and many others. Carl makes most of his art live on his weekly live art show at colorfulcarl.com. In addition to his professional endeavors, he is active in his community as the East Coast Rep of the Graphic Artists Guild, as a past president of the Hampton Roads Chapter of AIGA, and frequently speaks at conventions, universities, and high schools, advocating for the creative arts and blockchain technology.
