Absolutely love it

I love this tablet so much! I work in a bright room and don't have any issues with glare. I can let the sunlight stream into the room and still work, when my previous tablet I had to have the shades down and install curtains to go over the window as well. I love the pens. The remote with the screen is amazing and has completely replaced the need to have my keyboard close while I'm drawing, so I can get closer to my screen while I draw. And I love the feature that allows me to draw on and control the other monitor. It seems like a small feature, but it has improved my work flow so much. It also means that I can do the sketching process while looking up at my drawing and reference photo at the same time. It helps with back and neck pain to be able to look up while I draw, but I have the tablet at a lower setting still so it doesn't hurt my wrist. So well thought out and I love it. Never going back to wacom after this.

Amazing Cintiq Competitor w/ minor issue

1. The screen has a really nice gliding texture, so the pens run super smooth with a slight grit as if you're drawing on top of laser print papers 2. There's definitely some learning curve to get used to the touch buttons & the dialpad keys, but it's easily adjustable for whatever you need. I rarely have to use my keyboard when doing editorial edits (spacebar, return keys, backspace, tabs, etc. I just set it up on one setting) 3. The display screen is HD so I can see the slightest bit of whispy hair in an edit 4. I love the smooth dial mechanism, but I was surprised that the centre button also spins with the dial... 5. I also love that the package/set comes with everything you need for a home setup, so I don't need to worry about buying extra cables or other stuff... There are also rubber feet and a mounting stand so I can prop it up without worrying that it will slip / suddenly fall 6. It's also not loud, I was worried that the screen would overheat, but it functions extremely well for very long work hours. Just make sure you use a desktop instead of a laptop since it will drain a lot of battery.

However, as the title said, there was some delivery issue where it arrived with only one rubber foot (missing the other). It was definitely odd, cos even the CS guy helping was confused about how it happened. But they were kind enough to send in the spare part.

Again tho, money well spent on this screen tablet! I just hope it can accompany me for the long-term journey.

Great Start for Pen Displays at Xencelabs!

The display is good! I moved to this after having a wacom cintiq 22HD DTK for the last 5 years. This product does come with the quick keys device as well as both a thin pen and a 3-button thick pen. Both have erasers. The app allows me to customize more than I did on my old Wacom. Customer Service has been a pleasure to work with as well.

This product is great but I do have 1 issue. I would like the option to adjust the sharpness and brightness of the display. It is noticeably blurry and there is no clear way if any to adjust it.

I dont actually have a problem. I am trying to leave a great review of this product of which I won at the ZBRUSH summit in 2023. This has been a piece of equipment I have recommended within my studio to 40+ employees, who all work in 2d and 3d. I work in the largest medical legal exhibit production company in the country, and have the highest respect for this workhorse product. I use it 8-9 hours a day, 5, sometimes 6 days a week (every week since the summit in 2023). This has been a pleasure to use and has exceeded all my expectations. I would like to give credit where credit is due. 2+years of non-stop working with it has made me a fan. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to leave this review because I did not purchase it. I can confirm winning it though, I was asked my name by your representative the day I won it. Anyways, great job - and much appreciated. Keep up the good work.

I see it comes with different nibs for the pens. What is the difference between the two?

That is a great question. The Standard Black nib has less resistance and glides more easily across the surface of the Display. The Gray nib has a bit of a “bite” or tooth, as an artist would say. It has just a bit of resistance. It's much like using a 4B pencil on hot-pressed paper.
