Xencelabs Tips & Tricks No. 15 – Getting the most out of your Xencelabs products

2024-01-24

I hope this newsletter finds you well, and I hope everyone made it through the holidays safely! The weather in the Northwest started out wet and then turned cold and snowy, and then Mother Nature added a quarter inch of ice on top of all that to make things a bit more interesting.

I would like to say thanks to all of you who purchased our Quick Keys, Pen Tablets, and Pen Display 24 over the holidays. This is much appreciated! For all of those who are new to the Xencelabs family, I’m going to use this newsletter to point out some helpful resources on our website. So, let's dive in …

FROM THE DESK OF

Mike McBride

Director of Customer Care / Global Training

Topic 1:

How can I get help or get questions answered about my Xencelabs product?

That is a great question and the best place to start is on the Xencelabs Support hub – Support.Xencelabs.com.

This link will take you to a FAQ that will walk you through the different types of help found on the Support Hub.

Topic 2:

Do you have FAQs and a Forum on your site?

Yes, and we have both. To access our Forums, you can click here, and to access our extensive FAQ library, you can click here.

Topic 3:

If you are the person who would like to call one of our Customer Care agents, you can also call us at +1 (855) 451-1107. If you are calling us to help with an issue or a solution, it is helpful to have you and your Xencelabs (and computer) together in the same location. It is hard to troubleshoot when you are not with your Xencelabs device.

Topic 4:

Is there a way to see previous Tips & Tricks that have been published?

Yes, they are listed on our website under the Community > Tips & Tricks tab. You will also find other super useful listings here, like Events and Artist Spotlight.

I hope you have found this helpful. I would like to hear from you and have you tell me what you would like in the way of topics for future newsletters. I’m always looking for things to write about.

MIKE'S MUSES:

As a parting shot – I had the opportunity to work with Eric Jay Toll, who has an FB post called On The Toll Road. He combines his travels in the Southwest with images he takes and stories he writes. Give it a look and enjoy the images and the stories.
