Great so far, and customer service is top notch!

Have only used the QuickKeys so far, but super happy with it. Using it on MacBook Pro for work applications - mainly things like having single hotkeys for things like mute mic/video, sharing desktop, etc on apps like MS Teams, Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting. I couldn't figure out a way to map the scroll wheel to the volume up/down natively, but was able to do so using Keyboard Maestro. Will mess around more and see if I can do it natively using the XENCELABS software. App is responsive and easy to configure, device is solidly built as well. I plan on using the tablet for taking notes and creating mockups in software prototyping products, not for artistic drawing. Will update as I get experience using it with PowerPoint, OneNote, Notion, Figma, SuperNova, proto.io and other Product Management related software. As for the customer support aspect, Asked on the QuickKeys ASIN how I could get the case for the device itself, as in the bundle a nice case is included but it's a combo case for the tablet and the QuickKeys device. In my travels, I don't see taking the tablet with me as often, but didn't want to take the entire combo case. Customer support was quick to answer my question and asked me to contact them directly to get the small case. Couldn't ask for anything better! Replaced my Wacom

Absolutely top notch. I have about 50 hours of use under my belt and have found this tablet to be innovative and flawless. The only request I have for Xencelabs is to map the tablet to a vertical orientation in addition to horizontal. I actually emailed this request to them and they replied saying they'd consider the request for a future update. If you are in the market for a tablet buy this bundle now.

Using for some simple Lightroom edits.

This combo is really well made. It exudes quality. Every piece feels great in the hand. The installation was painless and flawless. I like the programmable keys and wheel. I use them for various functions while editing photos in Lightroom. I used the pen for selections and various brushes within Lightroom. I will get more into drawing later and this tablet will be just the thing to get me started. It works fabulously.
