I hope this newsletter finds you well, and I hope everyone made it through the holidays safely! The weather in the Northwest started out wet and then turned cold and snowy, and then Mother Nature added a quarter inch of ice on top of all that to make things a bit more interesting.

If you are the person who would like to call one of our Customer Care agents, you can also call us at +1 (855) 451-1107. If you are calling us to help with an issue or a solution, it is helpful to have you and your Xencelabs (and computer) together in the same location. It is hard to troubleshoot when you are not with your Xencelabs device.
